Shipping~ all items will ship through the USPS within 5 days of the purchase. unless I make prior arrangements with you. Shipping to an invalid address or incorrect and having to reship will be the buys responsibility to cover shipping... unless of course it was the postal or our mistake we will cover!

Through we will help with reshipping if returned to us we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages! we are also not responsible for products damaged by the usps, ups, fedex, ect.

Repairs~ we are able to repair bags to an extent- rivets, new saddle strings, straps things of that sort!

Custom orders~ turnaround time is 20 BUSINESS DAYS, to order or discuss a custom message me on any social or text me! Visit our Facebook OR Instagram to check and see if customs are open or closed. we typically build along the styles of what we share on social but alter measurements on them if need be, the prices will differ based on the amount of leather, hardware, and the time we will spend on your bag.
